Pre-Approval Process
Currently, the map office reviews property splits, as well as land contracts. Surveyors are asked to send a preliminary survey and description to the map office to be reviewed. If revisions are necessary, staff will contact the surveyor and discuss any findings during the review. Once a final survey is prepared, the map office will request three (3) copies of the final survey to be stamped for approval.
